"Horrible agent and office! Poor customer service. I have been a client since I was 16 years old. I have had numerous policies with them over the years. I am now furious as they cancelled life insurance policies without a single call to me to confirm if that is what should be done. Their customer service leaves something to be desired as they don't care about their customers or how to help them. I am now left without a policy that I had for over 20 years and they could care less. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. There is no follow up or follow through on their end. David simply wanted to twist words and try to throw the blame on me instead of helping rectify the situation."
